Absolutely fantastic experience and customer service. I ordered online and due to a technical error on website the trainer I wanted was not available. They apologised and helped me find another trail shoe for me. They then matched the original price of the previous trainer which was cheaper. Outstanding. Will remember their name and buy again from their shop! 😃

Went there yesterday (16/06/24) for new trial shoes. The young man working (on his own) was exceptional. Polite, knowledgeable, and the way he dealt with numerous customers at the same time was fantastic. I've lived in Kent for 3 years now and this was the first time I have experienced this high level of customer service. I have almost become accustomed to rude and/or nonchalant retail staff. Top notch. Well done young man.

A great specialist place to go for trainers and all things running. A great selection of models from a number of brands. Knowledgeable staff who know what they are doing to get you into the right shoe which is a valuable commodity that you won't find at a typical high street retailer. Don't underestimate the value of getting the right advice over getting the cheapest or nicest looking trainer. Vanity can be a fools game!

They videoed him running on a treadmill; then sourced several pairs of running shoes for him to try on. Wonderful customer service and such a refreshing change from the large chain sports shops who barely look at you when you walk in!

Having done a quick google search, The Running Hub seemed to have good reviews for what I wanted. It absolutely did not disappoint. From the very first email communication I had with the owner (David) he could not have been more helpful. He got me in, spent a long time listening to my history/aches and pains/issues with training etc, then analysed my gait and tried me in multiple different trainers. Purchased a very nice pair of Brooks and the results were absolutely phenomenal - first run in the new trainers after 2 broken knees and running never felt so good! Cannot rate highly enough, looking forward to going back in a few months when I have worn my new trainers out!

Been out of running for a while due to debilitating knee pain after running sessions. Couldn't figure out the reason why. With the gait analysis these guys figured out the reason and found me a pair of footwear to solve the problem. Having done my first run with the new footware I can report not even a niggle of pain or discomfort whist running or after. So knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended ! A lot of things are better bought online these days, but running shoes are definitely NOT one of these things!If you haven't had lots of different shoes out on the floor to try on a treadmill, been able to ask lots of questions to someone who actually knows the shoes and the different advantages etc, and who properly measure your shoe you are most likely leaving loads of gains in time and comfort out on the road/trail/track.I have bought a pair of Brooks Adrenaline and road socks, and just bought some brooks Cascadias with waterproof socks. Both are absolutely epic. I also had a good chat about if I needed waterproof shoes or that the socks would be better, which for my goals they are.*also the trail shoes were cheaper than online currently!Thank you.

I just wanted to give my feedback on the Running Hub. I bought a pair of ON trainers from a shop in TW and after a month of training i started to get knee pain. I thought about going back to the shop but instead found the Running Hub online. The service was informative and the after a go on the treadmill to analyse my gait, my new shoes were purchased. The knee pain has disappeared and I'm delighted. These guys are the standard for anything running in Tunbridge Wells.

I desperately needed some new trainers for my fairly wide feet. We decided to take a trip over to the running hub, so glad we did, excellent service and advice, gait analysis done and came away with a wicked pair of trainers that fit bang on! We will certainly be going back!
